Nearly everyone (93%) regularly encounters food posts on social media, which make up almost 40% of their feeds. Over half (58%) have amassed enough viral recipes to fill a cookbook. The study highlights the growing prominence of digital cuisine, from discovering cooking hacks (56%) to exploring new dishes (44%) and creating viral meals. Food has become a powerful connector, with 60% regularly sharing meals with friends and 47% digitally passing along recipes or food content.
